Unhelpful agents

I've been struggling to pay my Dstv after i downgraded and canceled it. Now i muat pay a reconnecting fee of which is not my fault in the first place. I want to pay so i log in and the balance is R0. and when i click pay now.. it shows R0. the same on whatsapp it shows my services are disconnected but when i click reconnect it says no services are disconnected so i dont understand. My other issue is i cancel showmax and now its still being added to my account.
