Unhappyness with service and products

2015 I was contacted by On Air who is contractor of DSTV. They told me, my, then dual view PVR decoder is being decommissioned. They informed me about a deal with the new Explorer PVR and HD Single view to create a dual view effect. I then subscribed at R169 for two years. After 6 weeks of the installation the system started to show problems. The channels started to freeze and show messages of faulty installation on bad weather. I phoned the calls center and did all possible reset as instructed by them. Over Easter weekend I lost my temper and removed the small HD decoder and threw it away. Problem solved, the moment I removed it the PVR was functioning correctly without any challenges.I am very disappointed in the fact that I gave up my old Dual view PVR for this ****. Furthermore, why did I have to turn in my old Dual view PVR when I bought the new one? I have purchased the Dual view PVR cash years ago, and now I pay again, while they have taken my working Dual view PVR, i was informed that they have to return the Dual view PVR to DSTV/Multichoice. I know for a fact than many subscribers experience these same issues. Furthermore I have downgraded my Premium Contract to Compact$$$
