Unhappy with service and response provided

I was disconnected late last year due to non payment of my DSTV account. When l went to dstv whatsapp l was given an amount to pay which l did late Dec last year. I was not reconnected, l went to whatsapp again and l was given a higher amount to psy to be reconnected. Now l am asking your consultant Ndumie why l was charged R200 extra last month to reconnect and R50 this time. Your consultant says because it was Dec l was charged more😡. I am told l have a subscription of R600+ which l am not aware of R480+ that was a 2 yr contract your consultant sold to me when the called me last year, which should be R490+ now including insurance but l find myself paying R500+ now. Why? Someone explain why l was charged R790+ last month.
