Unhappy with facebook and live chat agents

I struggled to get assisted by the facebook chat and live chat agents who are so unprofessional, rude, do not answer questions you ask and I even doubt they know what they are doing! completely ***********!

So I had an issue with a payment and extra view and finally, got assisted only when a diligent, patient manager called Thembi Mnguni helped me throughout and another brilliant agent called Mafulatsha Mokoena, damn those two surprised me! As I just thought I ll never get assisted!

A lot of these chat and live chat agents are probably so unhappy with their jobs that they sadly put it on us customers who just want to be helped with what we paying for and at that time we not trying to be difficult! but it always comes back to you if you don't treat people right... so anyway I hope dstv looks into service rendered by some of these agents because these Facebook and live chat agents may just ruin their already crumbling dynasty!
