Unhappy with Dstv services

I have a complaint about their price lock deals ,l got a call from customer care of price lock offering me a deal which l greatly took on the 12/07/2019 which l am now regretting. Ever since that day l am not having signal which they tempered with and in vain l have been call to get help from multi choice and they even told me to take in my decoders for checking and bought extra gadgets hoping it will change . My customer no is ***1 and my account is on stop order which means l am paying for the services l do not have please help as l call daily nothing is changing.
