Unhappy with Dstv internet

Dstv router is not make sure,their data doesn't even last for a week and im the only one who is using it because my husband is always at work,now i want to cancel the deal I have to pay R1800 which we never agreed on,I dont even know the R1800 is for what and their agents are so rude.
