Well today at around 6H30 am i mistakenly made a transaction of R1120.0 to my moms dstv acoount instwad of R120.00 well i called dstv costumer services they asked me told me the will only refund me R960.00 and i must give th my moms banking details so they can refund the money into her accound reason for them to ask for my moms account number is that the account holders ne must match with the dstv account holder details well fair enough i then gave the ,they sent my mom this Sms "DStv: We've received your request for a refund however we are unable to process it as we require additional documentation from you. Please contact ***" wellnshe went to internet cafe to send the documents they requested hours later they say no the also want to see the proof of payment that shows that i really did make that payment but when i called they never said anything like that now they gping round in curcles i dont know what game they playing maybe tommorow they will request her birth certificate ,marriage certificate proof of residance and drivers licence who know and why they keep on requsting documents one by one i cannot just wake up in the morning and plan to rob dstv pr lie that ive over paid knowing that im lying i really dont know what ge you people are playing is not funny.

My question is does dstv want to refund me my money or not and if not why .i dont like this kind of treatment,mybe i should have gone to Nexfix taking my friends advice.
