Unhappy with dstv as a premium member

I am a premium member but unable to vote for housemates at big brother titans, as a premium member I am supposed to get 2500 votes each week, called twice at the call centre and no help at all both 2 calls were cut off after a lengthy conversation with them then they cut the call without help or explaining to me why am I not able to get those votes on my dstv app
