unhappy with dstv

good day I have DSTV and Am paying R279 and my paying date was the 25th so because i am no longer getting paid on the 25th i called Multi choice on the 10th January 2021 and change the date to 31st of every month ... strangely today my decoder is off because i dint pay so i called again and spoke with the agent called ANDA Dastile and he told me that the reason why my decorder is inactive i need to pay the fee for changing the date and i was not told by the agent whom i spoke with on the 10th so whoses fault is that mine and since when we have to pay for changing dates ..

hay shame I not happy at all i need them to open my dstv today
