Unhappy with balance differ
I am so upset as I every month I am paying dstv R860 and all of a sudden this month i have a balance of R930. I have spoken to someone on Monday 29 Aug and was told that this will be escalated and will be rectified within 24 hours however I called back today spoke to Rene and she clearly did not feel like assisting me based on her attitude she had with me and still was not able to assist me. I am still waiting for my account to be rectified if this is not resolved by the end of the day I will have to cancel my account with dstv. Your service is disgusting!
