Unhappy staff = unhelpful robots

My services are repeatedly disconnected every few days, inspite being paid to date. For months I have been overcharged, but they just can't fix it. I have spoken to numerous agents to no avail. They don't know what's going on themselves, so it follows that they struggle to resolve queries. The staff is uncompassionate and unhelpful. Unbothered!
