Unhappy service with Dstv(Multichoice)

Hi everyone

I would really like to share this review based on the service I get lately at Dstv(Multichoice),here's what happened on the 1st of February 2020 I called them to downgrade my packages then a day after I used my WhatsApp self service to check hw much I owe since well I downgraded my packages. My previous packages were blocked from the 6th/8th of January 2020 until I downgraded on February, so my new packages were needing R283 then I paid it the same day which was on the 4th of February 2020. I was happy with my packages for only a couple of weeks then they decided to block my packages on the 18th of February saying I owe R329.72 of what I don't know ,then I called them to ask why do I have to pay R329.72 while I paid R283 for my packages and as I check I once had the same issue with Dstv (Multichoice) last year whereby I ended up paying 3 times in one month while my packages where R490 i ended up paying R700 for what I don't know.... So I'm really tired of this issues with Multichoice I think I'm gonna have to cancel everything with you guys and find a better place,as I check what you guys are doing is totally *****.. Imagine I have to pay R329.72 now on the 20th ontop of the R283 then month end again I have to pay the R283 that's totally craziness..
