Unhappy Price Lock Customer

I opened price lock account with multichoice and have a query regarding the charges ive been charged called the call centre many times they promising me that they escalated my query . Even now im still waiting for reply from them its been over 2 weeks now and they told md they will get back to me in 24 hours. Im so unhappy with the service i received.
