Unhappy Loyal Customer after 28yrs.

Been a client for the past 28yrs, and still today nobody can have the decency to reply to customers, they quick to take your money, but not solve your problems they just want more money, i'm shock at the services i have received and not even the CEO office can reply to your emails? Do they not know there are other services out there much cheaper than them and they are quick to help and at more than half the cost. and no repeats over and over again.
