UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS

After being a premium customer for more than 6 years I have finally decided to cancel my account.Rewards is there you pay full as a customers when its te for you to benefit the rewards moves down.Many people lower packages gets benifites free nights stays ect but the one paying premium never gets the benefits.I app**** for price lock still no feedback for a new decorder.You pay so much and the channels is not worth having on premium.Netflix is better.I won the other day and still no call pr email to confirm and send me my plush toy for the rewards program.
