Unhappy customer, Sick and Tired

Dstv and Showmax are ****EN ******** who are linked but every time when there's a problem they deny that they work together. Dstv suspended my account because of what they say its because of showmax account, I cannot even delink or deactivate or do anything from my side but got my Dstv account suspended. Showmax on the otherside are unreachable. . Phone jut rings and live chat is dead , there is no response at all

An Indian lady i just spoke to now at Multichoice whom i was told she is a supervisor in charge has been so arrogant and taking advantage of me and telling me that she cannot active my Dstv account (unlike those who opened the account few weeks ago becasue this has been going on for a while, saying they will try to get the account sorted from their side), she was addressing me with that tone that says go **** yourself , i am in charge and the only time i can activate the account is when the payment is made. But then again they have no competition . This is sickening, DSTV and SHOWMAX are taking advantage of us
