Unhappy Customer PN Hlongwa ***

Last year February I went on 24 Months contract as I took DSTV Explora I was paying R699 every month, and I payed for January 2026 to watch for February, in February went on unpaid leave as I was not well, I couldn't pay for March 2026 and my service was disconnected I could watch DSTV and April was the same, on the 19 of May I checked how much I owe and it was R690 yesterday when I wanted to pay for my service so I can be able to watch again, I was told I need to pay R3890 and I was told my contract was terminated which confuse me as it was not even 3 months and I was not told that, I think they ****ming people as I asked how come I have to pay so much amount how did they come to R3890, they couldn't answer me, I think this is unfair as my contract will come to an end next year Feb, now they saying I must pay R3890, why I was told I owe R690 on the 19 May now it changed to R3890
