Unhappy customer of Multichoices

Please can someone help me from Multichoice. I can't seem to get any help from SA or Botswana. Botswana doesn't seem to want to help me to migrate my decoders to SA. I have been battling since March. Who can I speak to over the phone? Emails are not working for me as I don't get any feedback and it takes forever!!! It is no wonder multichoice is losing clients. The service from both sides is shocking.
