Unhappy customer

Good day, I'm so disappointed with DStv, they join policies for us and expect us to pay and if you don't pay they switch of your decoder. I was forced to pay R294 on top of my package which is R549 so my decoder can be reconnected. To day I call the head office but the way they're useless they couldn't help me but gave me the insurance number that does not exist. People are buying smart Tvs and wifi routers they must be happy they still have customers that they don't even care about.
