Unhappy customer

Multichoice Dstv in Anton Lembede needs to improve their service. I waited from almost 4 hours to get service from them because my decoder wasn't working. The sad part is not that the queiue was long but bcs the Gaurds by the door fail to balance the queiue. Please try to get proper whipes for your customers to use. They made us use tissues damp with Sanitiser. Most staff from guard by the door were not wearing name tags. Management was nowhere to be seen. Due to this the companing is loosing sales because people are leaving due to long standing. I was very disappointed i must say
