Unhappy customer

Good day,

I'd like to know why does Multi Choice keeps on suspending my account. Each and every month I have to deal with a suspended account over services I did not sign up for this is my third message on Hello Peter, The issue gets resolved as soon as I have lodged a complain on Hello Peter, but again same thing every month. This is really frustrating and upsetting there are a lot of jobless people out there who are willing to work and do the job to the best of their ability because clearly someone is no willing to do their job professionally this is a sign of incompetence really. I am over this ******* now. Can someone please sort this out or cancel or subscription
