Unhappy customer

I had called MultiChoice customer service and a liesell could not help me and I asked her to transfer me to another agent that could help me . She chose to ignore me and forced me to continue with her. I insisted that she transfer me instead she just put me on hold. I've been a customer with this company for years and the service I received today was horrible. In future they should tell their agents to put customer needs first.
