Unhappy customer

I have had very bad service from MultiChoice contact centre their service is very poor and everytime I called I get a different story from the call centre agents and I'm extremely dissatisfied with their service I believe that as a company they are failing their customers and they are going to lose me as a customer because I'm very annoyed with their service if there is another streaming service I think I will go for it showmax and Netflix are the way forward 😡😡😡
