Unhappy customer

Am not happy,there was this automatic upgrade from compact to premium that comes with charges.I have been charged extra from the past 2 months .When I asked how come am being charged for the upgrade that I ddnt do I don't get any proper answer am being told to pay the amount that it's shows.Mind you am being extra charged
