Unhappy customer

Good Day As a customer i am very dissapointed in Dstv Multichoice for not resolve my matter as discus previously. They disconneted my subscribtion without my concern and whant me too pay the outstanding balance. I never give them the authority or consensent too disconneted my subscription. They said myself canceled it but they can not provide any prove or recording telephone recordings where I give permission too cancelled my subscribtion.
