Unhappy customer

I am still being sent from pillar to post instead they keep lying to me promising that my data will be loaded within 24 hours till today..It's the 3rd week now even after my first review I still haven't received my data. I asked to cancel my subscription and get my refund the consultant said I'll get a call from dstv multichoice I still haven't received a call from them. I'm losing business because of this incompetence and ill treatment I'm receiving from you guys I guess you can afford to lose one customer you guys probably don't care what I think or feel even when I've paid for those services
