Unhappy customer

I have an account with dstv for both compact and compact plus but they made both decoders compact plus and I have been asking them since Feb to rectify it, first week march I called to let them know the issue hasn't been resolved and the agent assured me it has and that I'll be paying R940 for both but on Saturday I got a message that I must pay R1178, till today the issue hasn't been resolved. Dstv please take your customers serious we pay a lot to get such s**** service
