Unhappy customer

Multichoice is full of lies and bad service. Last week I complained and wrote a review to hellopeter and they promised to call me. Last Tuesday I got a call regarding a new contract on pricelock and a consultant promised to give me a call back after few munits to date the is none. I asked for a pricelock on their new promotion of internet Wi-Fi and he said someone who's working with that will call me and I am still waiting for their call. This morning I get a message that they are going to debit R640 on the 20th and I don't know under which contract and who authorized them to do that.
