Unhappy Customer

I am very very angry with the service that is provided by Multichoice. We bought a new decoder which is for the room(Extra view) but ever since we bought it, it has never worked. We have contacted the call centre numerous times and till today we have not been assisted. What makes me really angry is that the employees are full of lies each time we call they promise to contact us after a few minutes but no one ever gets back to us with an update. This is the worse service provider ever. I demand to talk to management since the others cannot help me with anything yet every month we pay but cant watch the DSTV. Your service is appalling
