Unhappy customer

I TRIED to rent a movie via box office and it did not work! I tried even with their alternative option I still did not get the movie 'I' paid for. This is so frustrating as I even went through their terms and conditions and no where do they mention that a movie cannot be rented after a certain hour. I've experienced multiple issues with multichoice regarding having access to the extra channels that I have paid for and even the last time I logged a complaint on my daughters profile, no one bothered to contact us to resolve the issue.
