Unhappy customer

DSTV was supposed to show the Amagita under 20 World Cup game vs France. On the info bar it was showing the game should be playing however something else was showing , I connected to live chat and had the dissatisfaction of chatting to az/talent, who was not very welcoming and just said I must contact SABC, that really puzzled me because i don’t have an account with SABC but DSTV then the agent closed the chat
