Unhappy client who wants to even cancel her subscription

Dstv has the worst service ever since I have joined them. I called in the weekend even recorded the agent Nd I didn't get help on my query. I went on the online chat spoke to someone who was unsure of what she is saying Nd I asked for a manager, supervisor and was advised that my query has been escalated by Tebogo Nd that the manager will call me back COB. Till today Nd I know no one will call. I'm sooooo upset, even now my query has not been resolved!!!!!! Worst worst service
