Unhappy client

They dont give clients sufficient time to pay their accounts subscribtion, they just cut services. I got salary yesterday and could not get to my payment yesterday, when I wanted to pay today, (1) day later, they already cut the service, just to make sure they get extra costs for reinstatement of services. Im a regular client who pays every month and then we get treated unfair like this. Not happy at all
