Unhappy client

I paid for my dstv account in advance and have sent proof of payment but they have suspended my account, can anyone explain this? I paid in May on the 25th paying for June again on the 06th of June paid an advance payment and have sent both proof of payments but my account is suspended ID *** Nkululeko Khumalo cell ***
