Unhappy client: DStv they unprofessional

MultiChoice DStv it's useless to have DStv honestly because this people are unprofessional I always pay money every months that I don't understand for what always, when you call them to break it down they can't even explain instead they train their urgency to keep us hold in line till you get ****ed always I am sick and tired with them.
