Unhappy client

Dstv is a **** shame, my mom's subscription amount is R929 and she pays R1000 today our subscription was cut off because there's an outstanding amount of R500 and something that needs to be paid for what we don't know. I've been on the line for over 30 minutes and nothing is resolved
