Unhappy Client

I called DSTV for amendments to my account spoke to Zanele, I understand they sometimes have system issues...what's frustrating is bad customer service how can a consultant hung a up a line on a client without even asking "is there anything else they can assist with"? do they even know how frustrating that is now I am left with incomplete/outstanding account that needs to be updated...I am busy person I cant be on the line where else one simple query was supposed to be sorted out on one call
