Unhappy client

Bad service by a dstv consultant Sinalo she is so rude. She want me to pay R1530 for their router that was giving me problems since day 1 she even want me to pay it now I tried to explain to her that I can only pay next month she didn't wanna listen. I'm pay every month for that router but their money is not going down I'm so sick and tired shame they can't speak to their clients.
