Extremely poor, rudeness very high, no customer service at all.I would not tell any one round to buy DStv Explorer or use the installers around Nquthu. Even the the workers at customer service Multi choice.

02 Mar 2026, 14:01I brought the Dstv explorer 2024 ever since it has not been installed i tried calling the call center more than 6 time the workers there have been giving me wrong reference number and they team leader promising to call me and that they will escalate the matters will receive the reply within 24- 48 hour the reply it been 2 years full and 3 months ever on January and February I did try and call again but nothing ever today it March but I have not been helped last of all one of the installer from Nquthu area Zama Ngobese was so rude he said I must pay R450 it was first week of February and I did that but today when I call him he was so rude told me the dishes are finished again he had to start with people close by in town I am to far.
