Unhappy and Irritated!
Hi
I would like to review DSTV Multi choice, that are just sucking money out of me and damaging my credit score.
Last month they called me to say I owe them R1060, which I went to pay and still it's reflecting on my credit report, it's damaging my credit score, I can't take any car loan or personal loan due to this. Even last week they said I owe them R500, which was not told to me last week. Everytime it's the system.
I would like them to correct my details and take them off my credit report!
I paid all the money I owe you last month!

Consultant from DStv did call me but no solution came with it. All she could say "it's our fault, we do apologize but the system is showing that you owe R500 and something"
I asked her why does it show on my credit report that I owe R1060 and you guys saying a different amount?
I paid the R1060 and it still shows on credit report, this is really affecting my credit score and I'm very unhappy really.
