Unhappy about the premiums

I logged the complaint about DSTV on Saturday, they did call but left me hanging, the guy by the name of Andile called and told me that my query they are aware of it however they will call me on Monday and reconnect my compact and until today as of Wednesday 10 April 2024 they haven't called me. As I said it earlier that DSTV is a real off to us blacks they haven't resolved my problem and month end of April I'm expected to pay a thousand plus some rands. Please help me to resolve this problem of being reaped off by DSTV.

They are not doing their job as they keep on saying they are number one in service they are very pathetic bad service rendered to me.
