Unhappy

My mom was called about explora package offee that dstv has and she agreed to take the offe and package was delivered and the offer she took comes with installation its been a week now no one seem to know who to install they keep asking her to call her own people for installation and that was not part of the package. She has been calling call center countless times and she is not getting any help. And the package is written they start charging within 14 days and those days are nearing with the package not installed. She no longer wants it as she wasted her airtime calling with no help come fetch and terminate the damn thing.
