I have agreed for the debit order to be debited on the 26th of each month, however on the 26 August 2018 debit was not submitted from my account and on the 30th August I have done eft, then on the 31 August 2018 debit order debit order was submitted from my account and the bank did charge me R100. I did emailed Multichoice to inform them and request a refund and I was inform a credit journal will be done on my account. on the 26 Sept 2018 R404 was deducted from my account. I am not worried about the R100 but my concern is my records from my bank and also they did not keep their promise for the credit.
