Unhappy
I am unhappy with the service of DStv and there call centers. We have a easy view package that included the Italian channel (RAI) but yesterday i was informed that we can no longer view the channel. I was also promised that I would get a call back with regards to this problem from the supervisor .... we are still waiting for the call.
I would real appreciate a proper explanation as to why this happened.

In 2016 Multichoice restructured its channel offering. Rai Italia was moved to the DStv Premium package. Two more channels were added to the DStv Easy View package. Jim Jam and Mzansi Magic Music. Unfortunately, Rai Italia is not available on the DStv Easy View package.
