Unfriendly unprofessional Service

I called the call centre three times and was assisted by the most unhelpful and professional call centre agents where the background noise was most shockingly loud. All I wanted to know was why 2 decoders instead of 3 had been linked after I bought a new decoder from their Randburg office today. Two of the 3 decoders play for two minutes then goes off and giving Error 48_32. WHY???? When we never experienced this before replacing the decoder today. And am told to pay installer to come check???
