Unfilled dstv insurance claim - for months waiting

Please do not take dstv device care plan insurance. My claim was created in April 2026 and ever since then I have not been provided a service. Everytime I call they for ever escalating but never getting an outcome of a way forward. I'm so ****ed off I canceled the insurance even though it's a loss of all the years I have been paying but no claim fulfilments because they forever trying to assign a new installer and removing the previous assigned installer, but still no progress. My loss but not another cent coming out of my pocket for all 3 of my devices. They could of atleast given be back my insurance installment back for the device that has a claim since they not able to get a service provider to do the job. It is what it is.
