Unfairly treatment firm DStv multi choice

My payment date is on the 7th of every month and I have been unfairly treated by this company as it seems they making more money on reconnection fees, my payment date is on the 7th on the 8th at 08h00 my account will be disconnected because they want me to pay extra R60 for reconnection fee Their consultant will reason with you as multi choice supposed to give 3 days grace period after the payment date now am told they have changed they give you grace before the payment date How is that grace where do you get money 3 days before the date of your salary pay day..
