My issues with multichoice is still not resolved.

Instant of loading my data, they down graded my package because they can't resolve this issue, I've been phoning them fof past 2weeks, i spoke with s lady called babalwa from the cancellation department this morning, she promise to resolve this problem....but she was lying, she is the one who down graded my package.
