Unfairly treated
I called into the call centre on 7/5/2015 and spoke to a lady Elisa Maloka. I requested a downgrade from Premium to Extra.

She advised me to pay only R220 to get it done but unfortunately the line
dropped and I called back around 10h30 and spoke to an agent named Nimrod
Mpogeng. He were very helpful and assist me in downgrading my account to
from Premium to Extra.

If you listen to recordings you will find I repeatedly asked what what I
needed to pay because first I were told by the lady agent R220 and now
Nimrod advised me that an amount of R425 is payable to be able to
downgrade to Extra which I paid immediately and forwarded proof of payment.

I was very amused yesterday 8/5/2015 to get a call from Multichoice
requesting more money to be paid (R154) after I repeatedly requested that
I be furnished with the correct amount.

I raised my frustration through the multichoice customer service without joy. They are more interested in collecting the R154 than addressing the real issue at hand. Three different people telling me 3 different things. Is the the way multichoice are treating their clients????? I am considering taking this to the media and online platforms
