Unfairly disconnected

I am extremely dissatisfied with MULTICHOICE service. I paid R450 on the 3rd of November and today I received an sms that my services were disconnected because I need to pay another R111. 68 to be reconnected again. I spoke to a Glacia Matlou, this lady needs a product knowledge training. She could not assist me at all.
